Strategic Selling Training Course

In today’s competitive marketplace clients are becoming more demanding. They are choosing suppliers that can help maximise their investment while reducing the potential risk, this mean working in partnership with your clients. This Advanced Sales Training Course provides the practical sales tools to enable sales people to develop a Strategic approach to build long term consultative partnerships with clients. This one day strategic selling training course is run regularly at several locations including: Woking, London, Oxford, Southampton, Basildon, Swindon, Basingstoke, Birmingham, Bristol, Reading, Nottingham, Manchester and Leeds. Alternatively we can run this Strategic Selling Training Course in house.

Who should attend:

Experienced sales people, sales managers and account managers. Sales people who are required to work at a senior level with their Clients. Account managers handling complex, high value sales with clients who have multiple decision makers.

To define what Strategy really means. To demonstrate how to identify your Unique Selling Proposition. To illustrate what Strategic Selling means. To demonstrate the importance of the buying process and supplier selection. To show why we need to know the Decision Makers and Buying Influences. To demonstrate how to recognise the Threats or Opportunities with Clients. To show how to set, monitor and evaluate Sales Targets and Objectives. To illustrate how to develop a Strategic Sales Plan. To show how to Negotiate at all levels, including board level, successfully. To demonstrate how to prepare and deliver successful Sales Presentations.

Training Course details:

one day duration, shorter and longer duration courses are available as in house training. 9.15 am to 5.00pm. Includes tea, coffee and buffet lunch. Completion Certificate. Ring binder with a set of comprehensive training notes. All course venues are air conditioned, comfortable rooms within quality hotels. The price is £220 + VAT per person. For 5 or more people an in house course will be more cost effective and can be tailored to your specific requirements.
