Negotiation Skills Training Course

The ability to negotiate well is essential for sales, purchasing and management at all levels within an organisation. This course teaches the negotiating skills to negotiate confidently in any situation. This one day Negotiation Skills Training Course is run regularly at several locations including: Woking, London, Oxford, Southampton, Basildon, Swindon, Basingstoke, Birmingham, Bristol, Reading, Nottingham, Manchester and Leeds. Alternatively we can run this Negotiation Skills Training Course in house.

Managers, sales people, purchasing people. Anyone being prepared for a role in sales, purchasing or management. Anyone who has to negotiate.

To show how to use Conditions and Concessions. To demonstrate how Negotiation depends on Communication. To show how to use Questioning Techniques. To show how to develop Active Listening. To illustrate the importance of non-verbal messages. To show how to handle Objections. To demonstrate effective Closing Techniques.

Training Course details:

one day duration, shorter and longer duration courses are available as in house training. 9.15 am to 5.00pm. Includes tea, coffee and buffet lunch. Completion Certificate. Ring binder with a set of comprehensive training notes. All course venues are air conditioned, comfortable rooms within quality hotels. The price is £220 + VAT per person. For 5 or more people an in house course will be more cost effective and can be tailored to your specific requirements.
