programme starts.

what is to be achieved and the maximum benefit
can be reached.
We recommend
that a training and development programme is spread
over several months with one day events rather
than a single block of several days.
The advantages of this method are:

There are no hotel, accommodation, evening meal or bar
costs.

The programme is far more effective. Delegates can apply
the methods and ideas to their work immediately. They are
given assignments to present at the next session. Each
session is reviewed at the start of the next session. Retention
rates are higher.
At the end of the programme delegates make
an assessment and we review how the objectives were met.
